Our Approach

Learning at
your own pace

At Littlefield Manor, there's no rush. Linda works with you at whatever pace feels right — whether you need ten minutes just to get comfortable around the horses, or you're eager to canter on your first session.

Every lesson takes place in our fully enclosed 25×60m all-weather outdoor arena, meaning we can ride in almost any conditions. Nervous riders are not just tolerated here — they're our speciality.

  • All safety equipment provided — no need to bring anything
  • Horses available for riders up to 75kg
  • Off-road hacking available for experienced riders
  • Children welcome from age 6

Disciplines

What you'll learn to ride

Linda teaches across all major English disciplines, tailored to your level and goals.

Classical Riding

The foundation of all good horsemanship — balance, position, and communication with your horse. Suitable for all levels.

Show Jumping

Learn to jump with confidence and style. Linda introduces jumping gradually, building your nerve and technique at the right pace.

Hacking

For more experienced riders — take your riding outside the arena with off-road hacking through our own farm land when conditions allow.

Nervous Riders

Linda's most-requested skill. She'll take as much time as you need on the ground before you ever get in the saddle. No pressure, ever.

Children (Age 6+)

Children are welcome from age 6. Linda has years of experience teaching young riders and knows exactly how to make it fun and safe.

Experienced Riders
