Who we are

Littlefield Manor Riding School, Aldershot Road, Worplesdon, Guildford GU3 3HJ. We decide how the personal information described here is used, which makes us its "controller" under UK data protection law.

To contact us about your information, text or call 07973 302316 or email lindalucas@live.co.uk.

When you get in touch or book

When you text, call or email us, we have your name, your phone number or email address, and whatever you tell us about the rider, such as their age, riding experience or weight. If you're booking for a child, that includes the details you give us about them.

We use this only to answer your questions, arrange and run lessons, and keep riders safe. The law allows this because you've asked us about a lesson or booked one, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.

We don't sell your details, and we don't pass them to anyone for marketing. Your messages are held by the phone and email services we use to receive them.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you're riding with us or discussing a booking, and delete them once we no longer need them to arrange lessons or deal with any question about a lesson.
